G15 display shows that update is available, although i just updated to 1.3.1

Adding my issue here as well but with xindows xp pro 64bit. Closing TS out and restarting completely makes my NGISTS work correctly. TS is recognized and doesnt display an update available after this.

i also have the false-tooltip-problem. I am running Windows 7 64Bit on my PC but it also occured to me when i was still running Windows Vista 64Bit.

I wanted to post a log, but changing the Ngists.exe.config does not cause any log to appeaer. In fact, it already looked like it should look AFTER changing the logging-level although i\'ve never even opened this file.
